Senior HRIS Analyst

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions. The successful candidate will translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how the company works.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles
• Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and building compliance policies
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
