Senior Robotics Software Engineer, Maneuver Dominance

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Robotics Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role focuses on developing operationally relevant autonomy systems and services, including collaboration across multiple teams, problem-solving, and pragmatic engineering trade-offs. The ideal candidate will have strong systems-level knowledge and experience, and a ‘Whatever It Takes’ attitude.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• 5+ years of professional industry experience working with C++ or Rust programming languages
• Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for testing and demonstrations
