Staff Aviation Maintenance Engineer

Staff Aviation Maintenance Engineer with a passion for developmental flight test of a new and revolutionary products contributing valued mechanical expertise in all fields of aircraft maintenance. Work with program leadership and cross-departments to build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever.

Requirements

• Perform many aspects of flight test maintenance including modification, instrumentation, documentation, and post flight analysis.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, rig and repair aircraft and aircraft subsystems.
• Conduct a variety of aircraft ground operations including Launch, Recovery, and Ground Engine run-up.
• Complete aircraft and equipment documentation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain site support equipment.
• Communicate mechanical assessment with engineering and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist with validation and testing of various electronic components using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks.
• Perform proper FOD and tool control practices.
