Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Machine Vision Engineer to join their Core Automation team. The role involves developing and implementing machine vision systems for automation systems, quality inspection, defect detection, and process monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- 7+ years of experience in developing and maintaining vision systems in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience developing vision system platforms and programming languages
- Strong understanding of image processing algorithms, optics, and lighting principles
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with advanced defect detection techniques, AI-based vision systems, and SPC methodologies
