Staff Mission Software Engineer, Air Vehicle Autonomy

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The company is looking for a Staff Mission Software Engineer to join their Air Dominance & Strike team, which develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• 8+ years of software engineering experience including significant work in at least two of the following: C++, Golang, Java, Rust, Python
• Experience architecting geographically-distributed cloud-deployed services serving 100s of queries per second
• Experience setting up CI/CD, metrics + logging infrastructure for a live service, and alerting
• Experience as a tech lead and mentor for teams of at least 5 other engineers
