Training & Adoption Manager

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Training & Adoption Manager to plan, resource, and execute world-class technical training instruction. The successful candidate will serve as subject matter expert on Anduril's growing product offerings and drive adoption of our products by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points.

Requirements

• Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work
• Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training
• Understanding and proven application of ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design for training program development in a technical field
• Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence of others with no hierarchical relationship
• Eligible to obtain and hold an active Secret / TS clearance (preferred)
