Requirements
- Attend and keep minutes for meetings between community partners and club representatives.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and programs.
- Support ongoing volunteer events.
- Track metrics related to community partners and programs.
- Attend offsite meetings and events, along with transporting equipment and materials to locations as needed.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model that includes commuting to BMO Stadium, ACFC HQ in Santa Monica, and community events in the greater LA area.
- Ability to work all home match days and non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to set up game-day activations, which often requires carrying moderate-sized materials or boxes; employee must be able to work in outdoor conditions and lift and carry up to forty (40) pounds.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and Asana is a bonus.
