Care Center Hospice Aide - Afternoons

The Care Center Hospice Aide/CNA is responsible for performing various services for patients, observing and reporting on patient conditions, and documenting care in compliance with medical plans of care. The Hospice Aide/CNA is committed to the philosophy and goals of Angela Hospice and the Felician Franciscan Core Values.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the State of Michigan
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care given
• Understands hospice philosophy and is comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill
• Is self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
