Bilingual Therapy Client Care Coordinator

The Therapy Client Care Coordinator will provide excellent service to AOC clients, handle phone contacts, and manage time effectively. Responsibilities include assigning duties, building schedules, and maintaining client and clinician relationships.

Requirements

• Customer service or client liaison experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bilingual in Spanish required
