Paralegal

The Paralegal will play a crucial role in setting up foundations for efficient legal operations and maintain systems, workflows, and internal controls. They will oversee contract lifecycle management, track litigation, claims, and regulatory matters, and enforce standardized legal workflows and documentation protocols.

Requirements

• At least college graduate. Juris Doctor (J.D.) candidate preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Computer literate; exposure or experience in working in law firms or government offices as paralegal or secretary;
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Effectively able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
