Standards and Products Manager

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Standards & Products Manager to lead our talented Standards and Products Team. The role involves defining and delivering the strategy for our Minimum Asset Standards (MAS), Design Manuals and Standard Products, and ensuring that our standards system continues to evolve to meet future business needs.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering
• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) status through a relevant professional body
• Significant experience in engineering design or construction, ideally in water, networks or related infrastructure
• Proven leadership and line management experience
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience of mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues
• Sound understanding of safety, regulatory and environmental standards
