Requirements

Manage the full lifecycle of operating systems for servers, PCs, Macs, scanners, and printers.
Oversee preventive maintenance contracts for application software and hardware assets.
Ensure compliance with hardware and software security policies.
Collaborate with the help desk team to diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
Work with vendors to coordinate hardware/software support, maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
Stay informed on vendor procedures and upcoming upgrades that may impact current systems.
Inventory legacy business applications and associated databases on standalone systems.
Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processing, including data cleansing and transformation.
Support data migration efforts to platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle applications.
Manage and support the decommissioning of legacy applications and underlying databases.
Develop and implement data archiving strategies using Adobe tools and Apple Macintosh systems, ensuring proper file naming conventions and compliance.
