Job Description:As an Online Marketing Specialist with a focus on Social Media, you are responsible for:

• Expanding and optimizing our Social Media presence
• Steering the entire creation and implementation process up to reporting
• Setting up and sending efficient email campaigns

Your responsibilities include:Content Creation:

• Developing and producing convincing content that appeals to our followers and hits our brand core
• Planning and creating target group and theme-specific postings, videos, and texts
• Ensuring that the content preparation is adapted to the respective platform

Communication Strategy:

• Developing efficient communication strategies based on target group analyses and target group segmentation
• Aiming to increase the awareness of Animal Equality and significantly increase subscriber retention and loyalty

Analysis and Optimization:

• Regularly analyzing the ongoing measures in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
• Deriving continuous optimization options from this analysis

Staying Up-to-Date:

• Ensuring that we are always up to date with regard to developments and trends in the field of Social Media and Email Marketing
