Job Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time External Mortgage Loan Originator to establish referral source relationships and generate new business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Mortgage Industry and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- State license or certificate
- Knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
- Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements
- Familiarity with local, state and national laws
- Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze financial information
- Sales-oriented self-starter
