Anrok is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own its field marketing strategy and execution, identifying and executing high-impact conferences and events, planning customer and prospect dinners, and driving Sales Qualified Opportunities from field activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record generating pipeline.
- Experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with focus on conferences and in-person events in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record planning and executing events that generate qualified pipeline, with measurable impact on Sales Qualified Opportunities and revenue.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, juggle vendors, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with event marketing tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track event performance and attribution from registration through closed deals.
- Budget management experience including forecasting event costs, tracking spend, and calculating ROI to justify field marketing investments.
