Anrok is seeking a Lifecycle and Customer Marketing Manager to own customer marketing strategy and lifecycle optimization, nurturing and converting prospects, and driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion through strategic marketing programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with focus on lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of improving customer retention and driving revenue expansion through strategic marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking customer metrics, cohort analysis, and campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and data-driven approach to marketing optimization.
