Job Description
Diagnostic Radiologists are needed to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Lexington VA Healthcare System. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, consultation with referring physicians, and administration of drugs as needed.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
- NPI report printout
- Active DEA license
- Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Must be able to push/pull with 30 lbs of force
