Senior Corporate Counsel

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Senior Corporate Counsel will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal and compliance foundation of a rapidly growing, mission-driven medical device company.

Requirements

• J.D. and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar, in good standing.
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house, with exposure to the medical device or healthcare industries.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global medical device manufacturers, including commercial law, FDA regulatory law, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.S. fraud and abuse laws, false claims laws, privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA), and regulations governing advertising, marketing, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
