Manager of Solutions Architecture

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Solutions Architecture to drive the adoption of frontier AI in partnership with the go-to-market organization. The role involves leading and growing a pre-sales team, hiring great people, establishing processes, and representing Anthropic directly at strategic customer engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.
• Experience selling complex technical products to Fortune 500 companies, especially in verticals like financial services, healthcare life sciences, and retail.
• Ability to thrive in building and rapidly scaling teams and processes within ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
