Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Success to lead a team of 5-8 Technical Success Managers supporting their most strategic customers. The role focuses on driving customer adoption, optimization, and growth, leveraging deep technical expertise to build and scale the Technical Success function. Responsibilities include coaching a team, driving sales initiatives, and improving customer health within the customer base.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- 3+ years managing customer success or technical teams
- Experience building and managing technical success teams at enterprise software or AI/ML companies
- Hands-on technical experience with API technologies and complex AI/ML concepts
- Proven ability to influence product direction through structured customer feedback
- Strong executive presence and ability to represent Anthropic
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance customer success with business objectives
