Anthropic is looking for a talented AI Research Sourcer to partner with our Research teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best and brightest minds across a range of disciplines.

Requirements

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI research talent
• Partner with Research hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
• Enhance and implement recruiting processes and programs while maintaining an inclusive and high talent bar
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies
• Enhance Anthropic's employer brand within the research and science community
• Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends
