Job Description
Anthropic is seeking strong software engineers for its Languages Team, focusing on Python, Rust, and Go. Requirements
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience with expertise in Python, Rust, or Go
- Strong experience with developer tooling, build systems (Nix), and dependency management
- Comfort working across the stack with debugging infrastructure like Kubernetes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in AI/ML research-to-production workflows
