Founder Experience & Platform Associate - Indonesia

Antler is seeking a Founder Experience & Platform Associate to join their Jakarta office. The role is responsible for overseeing the Antler Indonesia Residency program, managing communications, and shaping the core programming. The successful candidate will also play a key role in overall residency strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in program management, event planning, or a related role
• Startup experience and knowledge of the ecosystem
• Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
• English proficiency (oral and written)
• Eye for details and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Ability to think like a builder and iterate on processes
• Confidence in expressing thoughts to people at all hierarchical levels
