Job Description
Antler is seeking an Investment Manager to support the company's portfolio of startups and contribute to investment workflows. The role involves managing portfolio processes, building insights and models, and supporting founders on fundraising and strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or similar analytical environment
- Strong modelling ability, commercial thinking, and comfort with early-stage metrics
- Clear and structured communicator comfortable engaging with founders and investors
- Highly organised and able to run multiple workflows in parallel
- High-empathy mindset with the ability to deliver direct, actionable feedback
