Senior Account Manager (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager (f/m/x) to support our trade customers.

You are organized, have every small detail in your head, and love to put them together into a big puzzle.

The proximity to the customers is at least as important as the exchange with the team.

Direct, on eye level, and uncomplicated.

Support and independent project management from briefing to implementation, including:

• Budget planning
• Control
• Settlement

Monitoring and coordination of internal and external workflows as a supporting link between:

• Agency teams
• Suppliers
• Customers

Creation and monitoring of:

• Creative briefings
• Workflows
• Timings
• Cost calculations

Support for preparing customer presentations and conducting customer conversations.

Coordination with the customer.

Requirements

Several years of professional experience on the agency side

Marketing competence and solution-oriented work

Resilience and reliability

Strong team player, passion, and communication skills

Structured and disciplined working style

Convincing appearance

Very good MS Office skills

Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
