Job Description
We are seeking a Lathe Setup Machinist to join our team, responsible for setting up and maintaining production and quality on precision machined parts using manual, CNC turning, and CNC screw machine tools. This role involves programming tooling and fixtures, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring parts meet specified dimensions and tolerances. Candidates should be creative, good at planning, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements
- Programming tooling and setup experience
- Manufacturing and machining background
- CNC programming using Master-Cam and/or Cam Works software (preferred)
- Comfort using new software programs
- Ability to work well with others
- High School Diploma or equivalent
