The Deputy Head of Influencer Marketing will play a critical role in transforming and scaling our social-first influencer marketing business. Acting as the strategic right hand to the Head of Influencer Marketing. This role drives business performance, strengthens client leadership, elevates operational excellence, and leads a 30-40 member team to deliver high-impact work across social outreach and our influencer ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social platforms
- At least 4 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in influencer marketing, social outreach, or digital-led brand building
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 30+ members
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to transform business direction and drive tangible growth
- Advanced business judgment and financial acumen, with hands-on P&L management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; English proficiency required
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Highly organized, decisive, fast-learning, and comfortable in a high-velocity environment
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and strong ownership
