Requirements
- Handle inbound support calls and online inquiries from German-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely via p9
- Respond to live chat and email requests (Customerly & Salesforce)
- Perform initial system cleans for new clients and explain the software afterward
- Follow up on bookings, send Quality Control calls, and encourage customer reviews
- Support other GEO teams when needed
- Maintain performance standards and company core values (score B or above)
