Executive Assistant

Join Anywhere Talent as a Remote Executive Assistant to support our current operations during a key phase as we integrate systems across the company. As a proactive and organized team player, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and support our executive team.

Requirements

• Proactive attitude
• Comfortable conducting basic/medium complexity research
• Responsible — we work in a high-trust, high-accountability team.
• Proven experience in administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets/Excel (Gmail, Docs Slides), and other relevant software.

Benefits
