Director Partnership Business Development - US Based Remote

We are seeking a Director, Partnership Business Development, to drive growth and success across Anywhere Leads. This role will identify, cultivate, and secure new partnership accounts for the Anywhere Leads Network, generating high-quality real estate consumer leads for our network members across Franchise Brands and company-owned brokerages.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mortgage, real estate or relocation sales experience required
• Proven ability to build effective sales strategies and consistently exceed targets in competitive, self-driven environments
• Skilled in identifying, negotiating, and executing large-scale, complex deals
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and a results-driven mindset, taking full ownership of outcomes
