Expression of Interest - Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager - Brisbane, QLD

We are currently recruiting Senior / Executive level home lenders to join ANZ as we are rapidly growing our proprietary home lending team. As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers, coach them through the home loan journey, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
• Experience working in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise
• Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
• Financial savvy with a keen attention to detail
• Active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
• Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
