Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the Manufacturing Department, supervising and coordinating the activities of Leaders and workers, and meeting daily production schedules. The supervisor will work with other operators, engineers, and quality personnel to identify and resolve potential customer issues. The work schedule is 3:30pm-2am shift 4 days a week with flexibility to come in early and/or stay late.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field, preferred
- 3+ years of related work experience or training
- 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
