Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Product Trainer to join the Enablement team at Apartment List. This role will be critical in equipping our sales organization with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to consistently deliver value to our partners.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related role within SaaS or marketplace environments
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills; able to engage both in-person and virtual audiences
- Proven ability to translate complex product features into customer-facing value messaging
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and GTM teams
- Experience using enablement and training platforms (e.g., Sana, Gong, Highspot, Seismic)
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable measuring and reporting training effectiveness
