• Greet prospective residents and effectively communicate the property’s features
• Maintain a courteous, approachable, and professional demeanor with prospective and current residents, as well as colleagues
• Assess prospects’ living preferences and budget to match them with suitable apartment options
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%
• Update online advertising platforms daily to ensure accurate representation of current pricing and apartment availability
• Record and maintain a daily engagement score of 90-100% in Knock
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions to ensure competitive positioning
