Make-Ready Technician

The Make-Ready Technician prepares apartment units for new residents by performing general maintenance and repairs, ensuring units and property facilities are in optimal condition.

Requirements

• Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, drywall/paint, carpentry, ceramic/tile, and appliance installation, removal, and repairs
• Experience with turnovers and make-readies of vacant units in the multifamily industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Availability to work on-call, including after-hours and weekends, as needed
