Job Description
The Head of Data Engineering & Data Governance will build and lead a scalable, secure, and high-quality data solution. This role will focus on data engineering, data governance, cloud adoption (Azure Lakehouse), and the full data lifecycle, from data pipeline design to regulatory compliance. The position requires collaboration between IT, data stewards, business units, and executive stakeholders to align data processing and governance policies.
Requirements
- Lead and grow teams across Engineering and Governance
- Define standards and strategies for data processing and governance
- Lead data engineering and implementation of data pipelines and Lakehouse architecture
- Lead the implementation of Data Governance Framework
- Lead the implementation of Aperam’s Data Governance Framework
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulations
