Job Description
As a Leadbuyer for Capex, you'll focus on the Global perimeter of Aperam's services and solutions divisions, driving value creation, innovation, and risk mitigation. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to align on specifications, budgets, and timelines, and build strong supplier partnerships. The role involves managing the entire Capex portfolio, analyzing supplier risk, and ensuring compliance with the group's purchasing policies.
Requirements
- Managing autonomously the entire process for Capex projects
- Acting as a key interface with strategic suppliers and building long-term partnerships
- Working hand-in-hand with project and technical teams to align on specifications and budgets
- Shaping the purchasing strategy for your sub-categories in line with the overall Capex roadmap
- Ensuring supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to annual Capex budget exercises
- Keeping an eye on supplier risk profiles
- Supporting compliance by promoting the use of purchasing tools and processes
- Sharing knowledge and aligning with other leadbuyers
- Driving compliance and efficiency
- Managing and mitigating risks
