Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated civil engineer to lead civil engineering design projects and provide direction to our civil design teams. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and be supported by a full suite of engineering and environmental services lines.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s in civil engineering and professional registration is required or obtainable within a year of hire (Washington)
- 7+ years' experience as a consulting engineer providing design and project management of land development and municipal projects
- A solid understanding of civil design and construction standards, and environmental conditions / constraints.
- A proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets.
- Flexibility and creativity in engineering approaches
- Proficient skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydrology modeling and MS software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff and management.
