Site Construction Surveyor

Apex Companies is a growth-focused consulting & engineering firm seeking a highly motivated and hard-working Site Construction Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of survey experience and be proficient with Carlson and Trimble GPS systems.

Requirements

• Perform topography, construction stakeout, as built, and control surveys using conventional and GPS survey methods
• Document field observations and prepare daily field reports
• Perform office computations for stakeout
• Observe safe work practices
• Ability to work with design engineers, clients, contractors, and the general public
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good driving record
• Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations
