Requirements
- 10+ years' experience as a consulting engineer providing design and project management of local agency or state transportation projects
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and professional registration (P.E) in Washington and/or Oregon
- Solid understanding of civil design and construction standards, and environmental conditions / constraints
- Proven history of meeting project timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated skills developing relationships with local municipalities and utilities
- Familiarity with local code requirements
- Ability to develop creative engineering solutions to address project constraints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff and management
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads, HyrdoCAD, WWHM2012
