Strategic Sourcing Lead

As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will drive value delivery across assigned subcategories by leading low-to-medium complexity sourcing events, negotiating small-to-medium contracts, and improving supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience
• Certifications preferred: CPSM, CIPS, CSCP (or in progress)
• Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, PowerQuery), TCO and price/cost analysis; data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) a plus
• Working knowledge of commercial contracting (SLAs, warranties, data privacy, liability caps, confidentiality, basic IP) and experience partnering with Legal
• Proficiency with eSourcing and CLM tools; familiarity with spend analytics platforms
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management; ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
