Maintenance Machinist

Apex Tool Group is seeking a Maintenance Machinist to support production of Campbell Chain brand of chain and fittings. The ideal candidate will have previous working experience, preferably as a journeyman machinist or tool and die maker. The role requires a high degree of initiative and ingenuity to diagnose faulty machine operation and make necessary repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3-years related work experience
• Journeyman machinist or tool and die maker preferred
• Knowledge of basic hydraulics and pneumatics
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Capable of working to extremely close tolerances
• Able to work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week and Saturdays) as required
