The Customer Liaison Officer is responsible for accompanying clients remotely in their approaches and search for solutions. This includes welcoming clients, informing them by phone, and assisting and advising them in their approaches. The role also involves anticipating client needs, offering additional services, and implementing commercial actions related to customer service at a distance.
