Product Operations Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a relevant position
• Strong organizer who can work across engineering and product
• Analytical and comfortable with data, dashboards, metrics, AI tools
• Understands software delivery but doesn’t need to be deeply technical
• Excellent communicator and “herder of cats.”
• Comfortable being a force multiplier rather than the front-of-stage decision maker
