Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to support SOF AT&L in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of contract management experience and a Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Requirements

• Independently conducts research using various resources to provide guidance and COAs to customers
• Prepares pre-solicitation documentation and posts notices in the Federal Business Opportunities
• Reviews evaluation input and provides feedback on contract negotiation positions
• Prepares contract award and amendment documentation
• Establishes quality contract files and maintains auditable, repeatable, and defendable files
• Participates in IPTs and guides team members on acquisition and business related issues
