Job Description
Apogee Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Control Analytical Sciences to lead QC analytical sciences across their pipeline. This role will focus on driving TechOps and CMC regulatory strategy, working closely with new and existing labs, and contributing to a mature QC infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a leader with experience in a fast-paced biotechnology environment, dedicated to a psychologically safe culture.
Requirements
- PhD in relevant discipline (e.g., analytical biochemistry or relevant field)
- 15+ years of QC experience with complex biologics, particularly monoclonal antibodies, spanning late-stage development and commercialization
- Proven people leader with a growth mindset
- Excellent communicator with ability to present to stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory filing preparation
- Deep knowledge of relevant global regulatory guidance
- Availability to participate in international calls
