Job Description
This Executive Logistics position supports the internal brand team with all inbound and outbound shipments. The role focuses on ensuring smooth shipments, customs clearance, and timely delivery to warehouses and stores, optimizing transport costs. This includes coordinating with freight forwarders, generating shipping documents, and validating invoices.
Requirements
- Establishing contact with suppliers/agents for cargo pick up.
- Coordination with freight forwarders to arrange collections and track shipments.
- Generating shipping documents for outbound shipments.
- Validating customs documents and submitting them for payment.
- Generating and paying customs duties.
- Generating and submitting BOE.
- Process BOE and payment in a timely manner.
