Job Description
The HVAC Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System (HVAC) under the direction of the Project Manager. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, conducting site verification, and recommending improvements to system performance.
Requirements
- Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues.
- Knowledge of AC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Alarm system.
- Knowledge and experience in BMS panel and field device termination work.
- Experience in BMS testing & commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with MEP staff and 3rd party for all maintenance activities.
- Able to read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment and other MEP site installation.
- Conduct frequent site verification if required.
- Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures.
