Job Description
This Receptionist position is responsible for welcoming visitors, directing them, answering phones and emails, maintaining office security, and managing administrative tasks. Duties include maintaining a tidy reception area, scheduling appointments, and handling confidential information.
Requirements
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Managing visitor badges.
- Maintain security by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor passes.
- Record management, VIP tag processing, and confidential information handling.
- Office organization and supplies management.
- Administrative and clerical duties (filing, photocopying, etc.).
