Job Description
This position is a full-time Waitress responsible for maintaining the dining hall, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and freshness before and during service. The role involves assisting the chef in setting up the restaurant and assisting with dishwashing, and ensuring high hygiene standards. This position requires assisting the Captain in the restaurant during service and keeping the overall dining area and equipment in order.
Requirements
- Assist in the restaurant cleaning
- Clean service utensils before service
- Help captain waiter set up
- Maintain appearance and hygiene
- Assist with mise en place preparation
- Transport food from kitchen to dining hall
- Assist captain waiter in plating and plate setting
- Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area
- Clear the table after meal is done and clean it

- Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follows his / her instructions
